As a friendly reminder, per our photo policy (excerpt below), we are asking for personal courtesy towards one another as it pertains to photo taking/sharing of fellow team members. See SPECIAL NOTE regarding the sharing of photos on social media. We do have a private FB page (TEAM MEMBERS ONLY) for the sharing of team photos with one another. We'd love to have you join us at our Athens Gators Swim Team FB group. You are welcome to share your photos (practices, meets, districts, Race League, and State) there. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter!

As the parent/guardian of a child/children participating in the 2022 Summer Swim Season with the Athens Gators, I agree to the following:

• I agree that the child/children that I am registering for the 2022 Summer Swim Season may be photographed by team sponsored photographers, board members and coaches during practices, swim meets, or special team sponsored events.
• I understand that those photographs may be published in the Athens Gators private Facebook group.
• Furthermore, I understand that the official team picture and practice group pictures may be used for promotion on the Athens Gators public website and local news outlets.

This permission is irrevocable for the 2022 Summer Swim Season.

Special Note: Pictures taken by parents are outside of the Swim team's control. If you take a picture that has another family's child(ren) included, please do not publicly or privately share photos without their expressed permission.
