Entering Swim Meets

Parents will sign-up swimmers using this website. Visit the "Signup Calendar" portion of the Meet & Events tab to  sign your swimmer(s) up for each scheduled swim meet. It is the responsibility of parents to sign-up their swimmers. The coaching staff will determine the events that each child will swim in the meets. Swimmers can be entered in up to three individual events, and up to two relays. If you have questions on how to sign-up, visit the "Signup Instructions" tab under Meets & Events or contact us via email at [email protected] or [email protected] (If the JOB SIGN UP and MEET ENTRY tabs are not present, then sign ups are not available for that meet yet.)

Parent Worker Opportunities

-Set up: Arrives early to get all the equipment, tables, chairs, and tents set up for the meet. This is a great volunteer opportunity for parents with small children.

-Timer: Timers are some of the most important volunteers at any swim meet. Without enough timers the meet cannot continue. Timers are rewarded by having the best seat in the house.

-Clerk of Course: Lines up swimmers before events and ensures that swimmers know their heat and lane assignment. You are to call the swimmers from the bull pen. You are not responsible for going and getting them outside the fence.

-Bull pen/Deck parent: Helps maintain order in the bull pen (the area where our swimmers sit during a meet) and sends kids to the clerk of course at the appropriate time.

-Place Judges: Writes on a supplied form the order of race finishes and hands to the runner.

-Awards/Ribbons: Places labels on ribbons during the meets and prepares the ribbons for distribution.

-Runner: Collects timer sheets, place judge forms, and DQ slips and takes  them to the computer table. Also posts results at the pool.

-Clean-up Crew: Helps put away equipment after the meet and helps straighten the Pool deck and picks up any trash.

Parent workers will sign-up using this website. Visit the "Signup Calendar" portion of the Meet & Events tab. Each family is required to work at least 3 meets.
